The unique terroir of Langhorne Creek produces full bodied Shiraz which is aromatic, fruit driven and richly flavoured, characters that have become synonymous with our Bluegrass Collection. Matured in 50% new and 50% seasoned American oak for 18 months.

The rich fruits and firm tannins meld and soften beautifully with richly flavoured, spiced dishes think pepper, paprika or smokey barbeque (not piquant hot).

  A premium Shiraz with grapes sourced from the Follett and Rivers End Vineyards in Langhorne creek, South Australia and the Westcourt Vineyard in Mudgee, New South Wales. This wine displays bright red fruits and plum character, soft hooking tannins and encapsulated with a touch of spice, vanilla and toastyness from long elegant American Oak maturation (23% New). A wine that may be enjoyed now or cellared with absolute confidence.
