Winemaker's Notes:

Straw gold with green tinge. An elegant but complex Chardonnay demonstrating melon, honeydew, banana and citrus characters with a floral lift. Fruit aromas are complexed by toasty French Oak. The palate has initial fruit sweetness, followed by creamy stone fruit flavours. The acid structure is tight and gives this wine good length. Cellar with confidence for up to 3 years.

Enjoy this Chardonnay in its youth with lemon-glazed barramundi on a bed of wild rice.
