Winemaker's Notes:

Mid caramel hue with a green edge. The nose is seductive with characters of toffee, honey, liquer fruits, orange rind and cinnamon - reminiscent of sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce. Toffee and honey sweetness meet the palate, followed by spice and a clean finish with a warm alcohol lift.
