The sealing of the wine with the Stelvin Closure will ensure it’s integrity until the time you choose to enjoy it. This wine will delight and surprise with aging as it turns from being a vibrant fresh fruit driven style to a finer silky honeyed style.

Winemaker's Notes:

A wonderful modern fresh fruit wine style for this well known grape. Light green to gold in colour with a sparkling brilliance, which introduces a colossal aroma of tropical limes and the slightest hint of fresh picked herbs. This wine is a wake up call for the palate. Huge fresh fruit flavours bombard the mouth with such vibrancy that makes this a special Hunter Semillon. This wine relies purely on it’s own fruit strength with no influences of oak whatsoever.

Drinking Recommendation:

This is a fresh bright wine that should be enjoyed with all foods that “scream” with flavour. The possibilities are endless. How about steamed fresh Ocean Trout fillet with soy and Mirin, accompanied by steamed Chinese Broccoli and a natural/wild rice and fresh herb combo’.. shall we call it Truit a la Classique?
