Winemaker's Notes:

Ruby with a purple hue. A complex nose of raspberry fruits, white pepper, dusty oak, violets and chocolate. The pallet is seamless, exhibiting sweet berry fruit and fine grainy tannins with good length. Very smooth and approachable now, but will continue to develop beautifully up until 2011.

Drinking Recommendation:

Enjoy with prime char-grilled sirloin, pan fried potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
