Winemaker's Notes:

Mid brick red in colour. Subdued at first, the nose opened up to reveal a wonderful array of blackberry, dark chocolate, integrated oak, white peppers and spices, fresh herb characters of basil and sage, floral orange blossom, and black olives. This wine exhibits a silky, berry fruit palate, good length and a clean finish.

Drinking Recommendation:

This shiraz would be perfectly accompanied by a burnt sage and butter cream pasta sauce over penne with a side of olive bread.
