We endeavour to create the best Hunter Valley winery experience, with casual eats and acoustic live music featuring local artists each Friday to Sunday. There is something for all the family, with Kids Tasting Paddles for our junior visitors. We are also a dog friendly winery with plenty of grass for our furry friends. For our food and wine explorers, be sure to book our themed wine and food pairing experiences held each Sunday in the winery. 

Saddler’s Eats – Chef Matt Dillow and his team offer a seasonal menu, open Friday to Sunday. Combine outdoor casual dining and wine pairing together. Complement your wine experience with an early dinner on Friday or a casual lunch on a Saturday and Sunday.

Our Cellar Door is open late each Friday, so you can begin your Hunter Valley weekend away at Saddler’s Creek with Sunsets at Saddler’s – Friday Wine & Chill. Let our chef cook you up an early casual dinner, while you share a bottle of wine. If wine isn’t your thing, we also have local craft beer available. Listen to live music in our outdoor wine garden while eating a delicious meal and sipping on your beverage of choice. That’s why we call it Wine & Chill!
