Our 2017 Bluegrass Cabernet Merlot “The Blend II” is our new release of this harmonious marriage of Cabernet and Merlot. Hand crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in the premium Langhorne Creek region and Merlot from the sought after region of Mudgee. A blend of 65% Cabernet which lends richness and body and 35% Merlot, giving elegance and subtly. This wine displays beautiful lifted aromas of raspberry and 'cigar box' characters which combine with a rich, ripe plum and mulberry mouthfeel, supported by the 'Signature Bluegrass Stamp' of fine tannins derived from careful maturation in American Oak. A delightful wine to be enjoyed now or cellar with confidence.
